Aspegio is an engineering consultancy founded in London in 2022, after a decade of working inside larger consultancies, research programmes and engineering organisations where the recurring problem was always the same: the most interesting work didn't fit the catalogue.
The practice is deliberately small. Selected engagements span defence research, civil aerospace, mining and minerals, climate and security, and warehouse simulation: sectors where the question is too specific for a platform answer.

Harry Munro is a chartered mechanical engineer and a seasoned AI, software and simulation engineer, working across the spectrum of industry since 2011. He holds a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sussex and an MSc in Engineering Management from Brunel University, and is a Chartered Engineer with the Institution of Mechanical Engineers. Earlier work includes engineering and simulation programmes with Improbable, the UK Ministry of Defence and Transport for London. He founded Aspegio in 2022 and leads the practice today.

The gap this practice fills.
There is a gap between catalogue vendors and the big consultancies. On one side, products that answer the average question. On the other, slide decks and a bench. The problems our clients bring sit in the gap: too specific for a platform, too technical to delegate to a pyramid. Aspegio exists to close it. We are not strategists who would not know how to ship the thing we are recommending: every roadmap we produce we could, in principle, deliver ourselves. And because bespoke modelling, simulation and AI is the same machinery regardless of sector, the work transcends industry. We do not subcontract. We build, we hand over, and we leave your team owning the result.
